Something fun: My Easy-Peasy Pillow Slipcover Tutorial was just included in Sew, Mama, Sew's Pillow Tutorial Round-up! How cool is that!?

Feel free to hop over there and check out all the great Pillow Tutorials, including the enormous felt flower of glory!

Also, for your convenience, I've made it easier for y'all to browse through my personal tutorials by creating a link just under my header called... wait for it... "Tutorials". I know.

I hope it will be really useful for you and now that I have my sewing room back under control, I'm fixing to put together a fun new project for you soon. Any requests?

Happy Tuesday! Stay warm!

Whoot! I've been digging through the sewing section as I just got my first machine! I would love a tutorial on the adorable little dresses you make (the easiest one possible please!) And I would love a basic how-to with info on different stitches and things to get started. I know this is all over the web, but I'm a sucker for your photos and clear instructions (Snip snip!)

I've made a couple of pillows using your tutorial and my 10-yr. old daughter even made one. It's funny, recently, I posted some pics of the pillows I made with a link to your tutorial. Thanks for sharing your amazing skills!

I'd also love to see how you make your own labels.

I would love to see some no-sew tutorials for fabric projects. I don't own a sewing machine nor can I sew on a button, but it's still nice to know I could make a lovely thing or two for my home or kiddos. (A girl can dream, right?!) :-)

Sew Mama Sew sent me this way. BTW, I think your flowers are Hyacinths. I like your blog!

I agree withe the onesie dresses. I know you did a quick one but I don't even know what a gather stitch is. My girl is a little younger than H so I would love to learn to make her dresses this summer. A step by step photo tutorial would be awesome, same with bibs!!

Really, every time I come over here I wish I knew how to use the sewing machine I have. I don't even know how to turn it on!
You make such beautiful things.
Sigh. . . have a very cute 2 year old who would benefit from Mommy being more able with a sewing machine.

Hi Raechel, do you ever sew anything for Oliver? I love small sewing projects, but I have three boys (4, 2, &6 mo) and can't think of much to make for them. Unfortunately most of the fun stuff to make is for little girls. Can you think of anything, other than blankets, to make for boys? I'm stumped.
