We are at home now and officially soaking in life as a family of four!
We came home to a banner on our mantle and flowers on our table courtesy of our neighbors who looked after Scout while we were gone.
Hazel and I napped in bed while Daddy and Oliver went to Target to fill prescriptions. Friends came by with a delicious supper, then Oliver read Hazel a story about Ladybug Girl and Bumblebee Boy. He helped me with her bath and picked out a nice pair of pink jammies for his little Honey Bear.
Now we're all settling in, looking forward to our first night at home with that moses basket finally filled with a squeaky little person.
Babymooning in progress!
(And, "squishy photos" soon to come! Claire is coming over tomorrow afternoon for newborn photos and I just can't wait!)

You should know this: Stephen rarely notices babies or comments on them, but I just showed him Hazel's pictures and he exclaimed, "She's cute!" Emphasis on "cute." There you have it! The Cases approve.
Seriously, she's cute. I'm so glad you're home. (And I'm jealous that her eyes are open, because Cecilia never wakes up long enough for me to see hers.) Much love! I hope you heal quickly and feel energized in the days to come.
