"Where does Hazel get all those doggone cute headbands?"
Photobucket
So, let's just be honest. Hazel wears really cute headbands.

All the time.

Because:
1. she's not got a lot of hair (no shame Sweetie, it'll come!)
2. her mama found the cutest headband shop on Etsy and has developed a slight addiction to dolling up her little gal at every opportunity.

So, where do we find all these adorable little numbers? So glad you asked! (and asked, and asked and asked...)

You may remember me featuring Little Town Boutique in my series of Favourite Etsy Shoppes. Well they really are still my favorite! But in case you haven't had the chance to try them for yourselves yet, this could be your golden opportunity!

Giveaway: Up for grabs is a $15 shop credit to Little Town Boutique.

What you have to do: Leave a comment - any comment (preferably, you know, about how adorable my children are, how Little Town Boutique rocks your socks off, or how you wish I'd post more photos of The Scout or perhaps fewer photos altogether!) and you'll be entered to win a $15 store credit to Little Town Boutique.

And can I just say, I wore the grey-on-grey version of this one to church last Sunday and rocked it! (you know, if I do say so myself...) One huge perk of having a daughter, I'm learning, is getting to raid her stash of adorable head gear. (and we're not talking orthodontics!)

Comments close Thursday. One comment per person, please!

(you can also find the link to their shop on my sidebar - see it there? I like to be helpful like that.)

********************************************

And the winner of the Little Town Boutique shop credit is...

Molly!
Congrats! Please e-mail me to claim your prize!

I've been getting into headbands with my girls as well. I love the thicker headbands they have! I may have to order a few of those...

Christine said...

Oh, you know we love us some fashionable head gear around here. Mmm-hmm. And I was one of those women (prior to children) who said "I'll NEVER put headbands on a baby girl!" I ate my words very quickly.

I dearly love that blue one she's got on in the picture.

bulte!

ps: The Scout! We talked about her the other day because we saw a doggie like her. Very exciting.

1- I love your blog and all your pictures of your little lovelies.
2- I love that Hazel is wearing one of the headbands in the etsy shop
3 - the last time you featured this shop I was disappointed because my only child is a boy and its likely our next one will be a boy two but now I am stoked that you said you wore one, because I'm certain I could rock one too!

So pick me! Please :)

funny thing is . . I just contacted her today to make me some headbands for avin and alex. matching ones for our family pictures. She sure does have cute things! I could use this 15 dollars to put towards that purchase!!

I just saw this pictre on her site of hzel and kept wondering why it looked so familiar!!!

danielle said...

Well, first of all, I love the name Hazel... it's adorable and second, I love headbands. I have three girls and my youngest is 11 weeks old with NO hair, so more headbands would really be helpful so old men can stop calling my daughter a boy ;)

Your Hazel's headbands inspired me to make a few for my littlest girly (6 weeks old now), but it'd be even better to not have to make them! I'm going to visit the Little Town store (again!) and see what's new. :)

I would so love to buy a sweet little headband for me...I mean, for my daughter! Of course, that's what I meant! I know you mention wearing Hazel's, do you ever fear the elastic giving out or does it hold up pretty well to sharing heads?

Love the headbands! I have a girl due to arrive in the next 3 weeks and I'd love some cute hair (or if none, head) bling!!

Susan Graham said...

Miss Hazel, your cousin Alice could really use some headbands. She has about as much hair as you right now because it all fell out and all the clips I purchased for her in haste won't stay in!

Morgan said...

First off, I just love Hazel's outfit! Secondly, I really need to get a few of those headbands. Unlike your daughter, my 4 month old has tons of hair but it all sticks straight up and out (check out my blog and you'll see). Maybe the headband would help to tame her crazy hair :)

Pictures of Hazel remind me of my own little girl Madelyn. She and her brother were born April 12...I am so in need of a $15 credit- because raising twins is expensive and Madelyn is a hairless twin to Hazel. I have gotten creative with some of my own headbands...but I am pretty busy too.

Melanie said...

The headbands are adorable, but how in the world do you keep her from pulling them off?! My little girl also had little hair, but aside from the first few months I haven't put much in it b/c she pulls it right out. She's almost two now, and still pulls things out! Someday . . .
