Today we got a hair to start spring cleaning,

Hazel ate a pile of steamed yellow carrots with spinach,
{and gave y'all a sneak peek at the newly painted black dining room walls!}

we got to play outside with two very sweet and handsome young American citizens,

Oliver may have pushed his sister a leeeeetle too high in the baby swing,

and when they all laid down for a nap, he and I enjoyed a little Veggie Tales movie on Hulu while we both got our craft on.

Oh, and did I mention the weather is warming up?
Yes, those are my tulips breaking through the cool earth to the warm and welcoming sunshine. Come on up, little guys! We can't wait to see you!!

I kind of hate that Oliver is wearing shorts. But good news! It might be 50 tomorrow! And we've lost several inches of snow! Sure, there are still several inches remaining, but we'll ignore that for now.

Enjoy the sun!

Haze can put away those steamed carrots! Also, Augustine's half smile may or may not have prompted a little happy squeak from me...

Does your little guy really wear his shirt collar up like that? It might be the cutest thing I've ever seen. Wait...your little girl might just be the cutest thing I've ever seen. And where the heck do you live that you have flowers coming up? I have 2 words of the day for you.....snow. storm. 'Nuf said.

LOVE your black wall and adore those curtains!

I too, can't wait for spring. I was so excited when the temp got up to SIXTY-EIGHT today!

Seeing your tulip buds makes me want to go out and check on my sleepy plants.
