Morning, y'all!

Good news: it's Pink Jellybean giveaway day!

Elizabeth is the work-at-home talent behind this darling shop and she is so, so good about keeping it fresh with new styles and new ideas.

Wanna know what my favorite new style is?

Why, the "Hazel" dress, of course!

Photobucket

Any guesses who it's named for?

How fun is it to be just one year old and have the most darling little dress named after you!!?

I'm especially excited because Elizabeth used one of my favorite (without knowing it!) Amy Butler fabrics for the skirt part. Yes, definitely approving of the "Hazel" dress!! And the coordinating headband? Double good.

So. Would you like an opportunity to win a tank dress for your own little lovely lady? Maybe a stella or a willow or a jane (another fave)?

Elizabeth is offering a $41 store credit (this will cover a tank dress and shipping) to one Finding My Feet reader.

Two chances to enter:
1. Leave one comment telling me what you would name a dress that you designed and why.
2. Visit Elizabeth's {brand new and lovely!} blog and become a follower. Come back here and leave a separate comment telling me you did.

Comments will close and a winner will be chosen Sunday evening.

You knew we weren't going to send you off without a discount, right?
Purchase any tank dress or skirt and top set now through next Thursday, May 26th and receive a free coordinating accessory of your choice. (I must confess, I'm a bit partial to the ruffle headbands!)

Don't add it to your Etsy cart. Just leave a message in the "note to seller" section at checkout saying which headband you want to be yours!

Happy ruffles, friends!

Could the "Hazel" dress and the actual Hazel lady be any cuter?! If I were to design a dress (which I have no talent for) I would name it the Ella dress. I am expecting a baby girl Ella in August. :)

I love the whimsical nature of these dresses!

If I were to name a dress it would be the Beatrix. Beatrix Potter had the heart of a child and even as an adult knew how to show that innocence and tenderness to others.

I would make a little dress and name it Kady. The dress would be for the little girl that we are hoping to adopt, and the name would be a combination of our two little boys' names (Karter and Brody).

I LOVE the Hazel dress! It's almost as cute as it's namesake!!! ;) Thanks for the fun giveaway! I LOVE the shop!!!!

shannon said...

Love these dresses. If was going to design a dress, I'd probably call it the "Yes, This Is Really Supposed To Look Like A Dress" dress, for practicality purposes. Or just Debbie for short. I somehow manage to mess up a simple 30x30 blanket. *I blame the minkie.
Hazel is adorable!

Kathy said...

I haven't been very good at naming things lately, as is evidenced by the exciting names like "infant hat" in my etsy shop. Oh, well. Maybe "Zephra" to go along with the trend of naming things after your own daughter. :)

Marcella said...

A name for a dress. . . mmm.
the peaceful daughter.
I have 2 girls (and a boy) so I could not just pick one of their names.

My newest great niece is Carolina Grace so that is probably what I'd name the dress I designed since I don't think I could get my grown daughter to wear it!

Cecilia said...

If I designed a dress I would probably call it 'Ansley'. No deep meaning, I've just always liked the name :)
