The "Mama" necklace is my favorite (though it's so hard to pick just one). I actually had it on my Christmas hint list, but I didn't find it in my stocking. Lisa is just amazing. Her blog brings simple beauty to my reader each day. She's a beautiful person.

I LOVE the jumble of charms necklace and the heartstrings necklace. They are all so beautiful and unique its hard to just choose one.

If I could only choose one, I think I'd pick the fly free necklace or maybe the itty bitty hearts or itty bitty squares or I do like the jumble of charms. Shoot, maybe it would be the laundry line necklace. Sigh. I don't think I could choose JUST one!!

Vintage frames for me!

Hi. I am thrilled that your family has received your long awaited gift from God, Hazel! So, so amazing!!!

I feel guilty/stupid posting begging for a necklace but I am longing to purchase one for my Mother-in-Law in rememberance for her youngest son who lost his long fight with his personal demons last week.

I mentioned buying a necklace to my husband but understandably he is not even interested in looking at anything right now as he grieves his only sibling. There is no way I will win, but wouldn't that be neat if I did.......Doesn't hurt to try.

There are several I love that I think would be my Mother-in-Law's style and would fit my desire to give her something tangible to remember him by, not screaming out that he is gone, but something discrete. My desire would be to have it engraved with either his name or initials on the back side. My favorite is the you are loved necklace but it is not able to be engraved. Therefore my 2nd choice would be the open circle necklace. I debate on if I should get something to simply honor just her baby, or if I should get something to honor both her children and her only grandchild, our son. If I decided to do that I would choose either the heartstrings or the jumble of charms necklace.

There is nothing I can do or say in this situation to help but for some reason it just seems like a good idea to buy her a piece of jewelry to remind her that she is loved and he was loved. May be totally a totally stupid idea...
